Solution

The high-voltage DC bus system provides high-frequency isolation and stable high-voltage DC power supply (570VDC-900VDC), where the energy is fed back and reused in the high-voltage DC bus, thereby continuously reducing costs and increasing efficiency in the battery cell production line. 

Solution overview

TBS&TDM constitute the core power supply unit to provide a high-frequency isolation and stable high-voltage DC power supply system, with energy flowing autonomously in both directions, which can be applied in lithium battery formation and capacity grading, bidirectional testing and other application scenarios.
