Precautions for installation and use

Terminal types, wire diameter requirements, and torque requirements recommended for the following series of products:

A clearance of more than 500mm (150mm reserved for single-phase modules) shall be reserved between the inlet and outlet of the power module and the wall or obstacle for ventilation and operation, and the power module cannot be placed in a confined space. Ensure that the cooling air duct of the module is always clear. The module shall not be used in the following environments: 

·Avoid working in an environment containing flammable gas, corrosive gas, abnormal vibration and impact; 

·Avoid working in non-enclosed environments near the ocean (0-3.7km), indoor or semi indoor environments with uncontrolled temperature and humidity; 

·Avoid working in an environment containing large amounts of metal dust; 

·Avoid working in salt-spray environment; 

·The typical measured value of steady-state leakage current of a single-phase module is 5mA. 

·The typical measured value of steady-state leakage current of a three-phase module is 20mA.  

When multiple parallel operation is adopted on site, if a 30mA leakage protection switch is used, trip may occur. 

Suggestions: Recalculate the size of the leakage protection switch based on the actual number of units for parallel operation, then select an appropriate leakage protection switch, or remove the leakage protection switch; 

Generally, industrial equipment has reliable and perfect protective grounding, and no additional leakage protection switch is allowed. Moreover, in accordance with national standard requirements (IEC 62368): If the maximum protective conductor current is less than 5% of the input current, it is deemed to meet the product specification requirements.
